Private Placement
RXT has completed a private placement of 956,284 shares at NOK 241.50 per share. Total outstanding shares in the company after the issue is 1,666,760.
The proceeds from the placement will be used to repay debt and to finance setting up a second 4C seismic crew in April 2006.
