Reference is made to the announcement dated 13 December 2006.
Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA (RXT) has received a new certificate of registration reflecting the 5,510,200 new shares issued in connection with the private placement.
The new number of shares outstanding equals 25,552,020, each with a par value of NOK 0.10, corresponding to a share capital of NOK 2,555,202.
Oslo Stock Exchange has received a copy of the new certificate of registration.
