Mechanical Engineer or Naval Architect
Location
RXT main office, Oslo, Norway
Main Tasks
- Layout of seismic equipment onboard vessels (new buildings/conversions)
- Design/conceptual design of mechanical hardware
- Procurement of mechanical equipment
- On-site inspections at shipyards and equipment suppliers
- Reporting to Mechanical Development Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree - mechanical engineering , naval architecture or similar
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience
- Valid driver license
- Computer skilled, preferable familiar with CAD (SolidWorks)
