Mechanical Design Engineer
Minimum B.Sc. in mechanical subjects,
marine technology or similar
Main duties
- Develop mechanical equipment and operational procedures for RXT’s marine seismic operations
- Hydrodynamic analyses (Orcaflex) and product drawings (SolidWorks)
- Issue product specifications and users manuals
- Procurement for prototypes, testing of prototypes and system implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum B.Sc. in mechanical subjects, marine technology or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good skills in English, both written and oral
- Must be able to carry out offshore safety training and worldwide travel
