HSEQ Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide line management with HSEQ related services.
- Advise line management in planning, implementing, monitoring and following up according to RXT’s HSEQ requirements.
- Ensure that the organization adhere to the HSEQ requirements by providing training, guidance, analysis, technical support and supervision.
- Assist in developing RXT’s HSEQ management system, standards and procedures.
- Provide functional management of HSE advisors on crews
- Facilitate risk assessment process. Review or approve risk assessments
- Advise line management in security planning
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers regarding HSEQ requirements
- Carry out HSEQ inspections and audits
- Advise in emergency preparedness
Experience:
- Must have a strong background from the HSEQ area.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from marine operations.
Qualifications:
- Should hold a degree or have minimum of 10 years of experience from seismic or oil&gas or marine industry in any combination.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Relevant HSEQ management training,
- NEBOSH General Certificate or similar is an advantage.
- Must have valid seamen medical certificate.
This position is based at Lysaker near Oslo and reports to the VP Acquisition.
