On behalf of the Board of Directors I would like to thank many groups of people.
It may seem to some that achieving a listing on any stock exchange is the finishing line. We see it as a starting point, particularly as we have listed on one of the most knowledgeable energy exchanges in the world.
Firstly, I'd like to thank the executive team at the bors for the constructive way they dealt with our application, also the board of the Oslo Bors.
Our advisory team at Pareto who have guided us through the process and our fund raisings. Harald, Hilde, Petter and Kris and his team. Also, Asbjorn and his team at E&Y, and Lars Christie our principal counsel.
Our technology partners at Input Output in Houston, our shipping partners and all of our suppliers.
It would also be remiss of me not to mention our clients, and thank them for their support particularly in our early stages. That support and ability to take a view on new disruptive technology and methodologies has, we believe, been rewarded as the data is beginning to appear in the public domain.
We have a dogmatic and resilient management team and staff. Our thanks to the entire RXT team, in Houston, London and here in Oslo, all led by Mike Scott who had the vision for all of this to start over 3 years ago.
Finally the thanks of the board to the shareholders whom we represent. This is also a significant day for them.
Before closing, my personal thanks to my fellow Directors. Tom Bates, who has been constant at my side, and always available to offer wise counsel. And to Thorhild Widvey, with her depth and wealth of experience in the Energy sector, and her logical approach to all things. Thank you both. In due course the board of RXT will increase to reflect the status of the company, as it should.
As we are all only a few days away from Christmas, may I wish you and your families all the joy and peace of the season. Merry Christmas and a very happy and prosperous New Year.

About RXT:
Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA (RXT) is a marine geophysical company specializing in multi component seismic sea-floor acquisition. Multi component seismic solves several imaging challenges that cannot be resolved with towed streamer seismic, and targets improved oil recovery from existing fields. The technology also gives better data quality for exploration, and is also the solution where towed streamers are impractical due to high density of platforms and/ or shallow waters. The Company has offices in Oslo, London and Houston.
