STEIN HEDEMARK

(born 1966) CEO & CFO

Mr. Hedemark was financial manager in Unitor AS from 1995-1998, CFO in Sysdeco ASA from 1998-2001, CFO in OTRUM ASA from 2001-2007, CFO in Plantasjen ASA from 2007-2009 and has worked as an independent management consultant from 2009. He has a degree in economics and business administration (Siviløkonom) from Norwegian School of Management (BI). In March 2011 Stein Hedemark was appointed CEO of the company.

KIM GUNN MAVER

(Born 1963) VP Sales & Marketing
Mr. Maver has worked in the oil industry for 22 years as research assistant at the Danish and Greenland Geological Survey (GEUS), different positions at the Danish seismic reservoir characterization company Odegaard including being the managing director, and finally different management positions with Schlumberger from 2006 to 2011 before joining RXT. He has a PhD in Geology/Geophysics from Copenhagen University and Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

FREDD CAUSEVIC

(born 1962) VP Business Development

Mr. Causevic held senior management positions, including MD Northern Europe, President & CEO and Group President & CEO in Thorn EMI, Otrum ASA  and Impact Europe Group AS respectively, before June 2010 when he became an independent management consultant. He has degrees in Business Administration and Marketing.

THOMAS SMESTAD

(born 1972) VP Operations

Mr. Smestad has been in the seismic industry since 1997. He has held technical positions in PGS and Fugro-Geoteam before joining RXT in 2007, where he has worked as Navigation Manager and Vessel /Project manager. He has a MSc in Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

CLIVE DAVIES

(Born 1954) VP Technical Support

Mr. Davies has been in the oil industry 28 years. He has 14 years marine field experience and 14 years in the technical departments in various companies. Worked for Halliburton Geophysical and WesternGeco. Mr. Davies joined RXT 2006.

BENTE MELCHER

(born 1952) VP HR

Mrs. Melcher has more than 25 years experience from Aker and Telenor as Manager and Vice President within HR-Expatriate and Compensation & Benefit Management, domestic and internationally.  Mrs  Melcher joined the seismic industry as Vice President HR in 2007 working for SCAN Geophysical ASA and joined RXT in 2009.

PHIL BIGG

(born 1967) VP HSEQ

Mr. Bigg has worked offshore for 22 years in various aspects within the offshore sector to include drilling operations, platform operations and seismic surveys. Mr. Bigg has recently completed his NEBOSH Diploma course and is working towards CMIOSH accreditation using his years of experience working in multi cultural environments.
