LARRY WAGNER

(born 1954), CEO

Mr. Wagner has 35 years of experience within the marine seismic business. He has 28 years of experience with Western Geophysical, 2 years with WesternGeco, and 1 year consulting to the oil service business and joined RXT in 2004. Mr. Wagner is a US citizen and residence in Norway.

STEIN HEDEMARK

(born 1966), Vice President CFO

Mr. Hedemark was financial manager in Unitor AS from 1995-1998, CFO in Sysdeco ASA from 1998-2001, CFO in OTRUM ASA from 2001-2007, CFO in Plantasjen ASA from 2007-2009 and has worked as an independent management consultant from 2009. He has a degree in economics and business administration (Siviløkonom) from Norwegian School of Management (BI).

THOMAS HILLS

(born 1959) Operation Manager

Mr. Hills started working offshore in 1984 as a Field Service Engineer on drilling rigs. He joined the seismic industry in 1990, where he worked for Geco and then for Western Geco.
Mr. Hills joined RXT in 2005.

CLIVE DAVIES

(Born 1954), Technical Manager
Mr. Davies has been in the oil industry 28 years. He has 14 years marine field experience and 14 years in the technical departments in various companies. Worked for Halliburton Geophysical and Western Geco. Mr. Davies joined RXT 2006.
