LARRY WAGNER

(born 1954), CEO

Mr. Wagner has 35 years of experience within the marine seismic business. He has 28 years of experience with Western Geophysical, 2 years with WesternGeco, and 1 year consulting to the oil service business and joined RXT in 2004. Mr. Wagner is a US citizen and resides in Norway.

STEIN HEDEMARK

(born 1966), Vice President CFO

Mr. Hedemark was financial manager in Unitor AS from 1995-1998, CFO in Sysdeco ASA from 1998-2001, CFO in OTRUM ASA from 2001-2007, CFO in Plantasjen ASA from 2007-2009 and has worked as an independent management consultant from 2009. He has a degree in economics and business administration (Siviløkonom) from Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr. Hedemark is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

CHRIS WALKER

(born 1952), Vice President Geophysics

Dr. Walker holds a Ph.D. degree from Durham University, and has 31 years of experience in the marine seismic business. He held various management positions in GECO from 1984-1991. From 1991-1998 he was the Vice President Geophysics in PGS Exploration. He held the position as Managing Director of PGS Research UK from 1998-2002. Mr. Walker joined RXT in December 2002.  Mr. Walker is a UK citizen and resides in UK.

MARTIN J. LODE

(born 1950) Vice President HSEQ

Mr. Lode holds an M.Sc. from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH). He has 20 years of industry experience including 15 years in managment positions in companies including Mobil Exploration and Exxon Company International. He has further held management positions in Storebrand and worked as a Management Consultant for PriceWaterhouse-Coopers in Scandinavia.

ANE R. BREIVEGA

(born 1971) General Counsel

Ms. Breivega holds a Master of Law from the University of Bergen. Ms. Breivega joined RXT in 2008, coming from the position as senior lawyer in the law firm Bugge, Arentz-Hansen & Rasmussen.  Ms. Breivega also holds a Bachelor in Social Sciences from the University of Bergen.

LAURIE WIGLE

(born 1960) Vice President Acquisition

Mr. Wigle has 22 Years of experience from the Marine Seismic Business.  He has 13 years marine field experience and for the past 9 years had held a variety of managerial positions focusing on operations for Western and WesternGeco. Mr. Wigle is a Canadian citizen with residence in Norway.

ANDY BLISS

(born 1956) Vice President sales

Mr. Bliss has more than twenty years experience in the seismic industry. He has held various positions with PGS, WesternGeco and CGG and has worked in the Netherlands, France and USA. He has also held regional sales responsibilities for USA, Canada & Brazil. Prior to joining RXT, he was with PGS for over 6 years most recently in their Gulf of Mexico Multiclient group.
