MICHAEL SCOTT

(born 1948), President.
Mr. Scott has 36 years of experience in the marine seismic business. Following 17 years in various management position in GECO. He was one of the founder members of Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS). Mr. Scott was responsible for the rapid development of the PGS Seismic Fleet and for the growth of PGS international marine seismic business. Mr. Scott is a UK citizen but resides in Norway.

ODD ERIK RUDSHAUG

(born 1966), Vice President CFO

Mr. Rudshaug has a Master of Management from Norwegian School of Management (BI). He was the Financial Controller in Petroleum Geo-Services from 1995-2000 and the CFO of GeoBird Management AS from 2000-2002. Mr. Rudshaug is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

EINAR NIELSEN

(born 1955), Vice President Acquistioin

Mr. Nielsen has 23 years of experience in advanced technology seismic business from PGS.  He has held various management positions in PGS, including the position as VP Marine Acquisition from 1997-2000.  From 2000-2002 he was the General Manager in GeoBird Management AS. Mr. Nielsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway.

CHRIS WALKER

(born 1952), Vice President Geophysics

Dr. Walker holds a Ph.D. degree from Durham University, and has 31 years of experience in the marine seismic business. He held various management positions in GECO from 1984-1991. From 1991-1998 he was the Vice President Geophysics in PGS Exploration. He held the position as Managing Director of PGS Research UK from 1998-2002. Mr. Walker joined RXT in December 2002.  Mr. Walker is a UK citizen and resides in UK.

LARRY WAGNER

(born 1954), Vice President Houston

Mr. Wagner has 33 years of experience from marine seismic business. He has 28 years of experience with Western, 2 years with WesternGeco, and 1 year with consulting to the oil service business. Mr. Wagner is a US citizen and resides in US.

IAN MCMILLAN
(born 1955) Vice Preseident Acquisition (acting)

Mr. McMillan has 30 years experience in marine seismic acquisition. He held various managment positions in GECO and Petroleum Geo-Services. Mr. McMillan is a US citizen and residens in the US.

MARTIN J. LODE

(born 1950) Vice president HSEQ

Mr. Lode holds an M.Sc. from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH). He has 20 years of indusrty expresience including 15 years in managment positions in companies including Mobil Exploration and Exxon Company International. He has further held management positions in Storebrand and worked as a Management Consultant for PriceWaterhouse-Coopers in Scandinavia.
