Our objective is to provide the oil and gas industry with high quality, innovative seismic solutions and efficient operations.
By working productively, protecting people and the environment, and by being profitable we will deliver value to our shareholders and create an attractive place to work for our employees.
In the pursuit of our objectives we believe nothing is more important than our commitment to safety.

Transparency means sharing relevant information
Integrity means that we do not waiver from our values
Respect means that we recognize and accept others’ rights

These values shall be the very essence of all our conduct.
Health and Safety Policy Statement
RXT strives to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all people involved in work for RXT, and to operate in such a way as to protect the environment.
Our clear objective is;
“No harm to people, no accidents and no damage to the environment”.
To achieve this objective, we expect that each person stays alert and aware of the surroundings at all times and stop working if there is any doubt as to the safety or impact of the activities being carried out. Furthermore, RXT expects everybody to report openly all unsafe or potentially unsafe activities, as well as making recommendations for improvements.
Each and every person working for RXT is responsible for safe behaviour and for getting HSE right.
Substance Abuse Policy
RXT recognizes that the effects of drugs, alcohol and contraband jeopardize a safe, healthy and productive work environment for all personnel working for RXT.
Unless specifically authorized, RXT prohibits the following whilst engaged in active operations;
Using, possessing, selling, manufacturing, distributing, concealing;
Any prohibited substances as defined RXT procedures
Contraband such as firearms, ammunition, explosives and weapons
Switching or adulterating any samples used for testing.
All personnel are required to take a drug and alcohol test prior to joining RXT and to take subsequent testing when required by RXT or RXT’s clients.
Competence Statement
All of our employees and contractor personnel must be competent in the work they undertake. We take into account a combination of education, knowledge, skill and sufficient understanding of the work to enable effective implementation. HSE training is an important part of achieving competence to a level that allows the trainee to translate knowledge gained into safer practices at the place of work.
Right to Refuse Work Policy
Personnel can refuse to work or carry out a particular task at the workplace if they have reasonable grounds to believe there is danger to their health and/or safety or health and/or safety of others.
Personnel will not be disciplined for exercising their right to refuse work in good faith and they are entitled to the same wages and benefits that they would have received had the refusal not taken place. Unless permission to leave is granted, personnel are obliged to stay for their normal working hours. Reservoir Exploration Technology AS is responsible for re-assigning personnel to alternative work temporarily, while the hazardous situation is being remedied.
