KRISTEN JAKOBSEN
(born 1964), Chair of the Board.
Mr. Jakobsen has been a Board member since 01 January 2008 and Chair of the Board since 09 February 2011.
He was one of the founders of Pareto Securities in 1992, were he was Head of Research until 2000 and CEO from 2000 to 2006. Today he is an independent investor and financial advisor. Prior to 1992 he was a stock analyst for Sundal Collier Montagu and a consultant for the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. He is also a member of the Board of Pareto AS and On & Offshore ASA. Mr. Jakobsen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

THORHILD WIDVEY
(born 1956), Board Member.
Mrs.Thorhild Widvey has been a Board member since 18 April 2006. She has extensive political experience and has been a Member of Parliament for Norway, State Secretary at the Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal affairs and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as being Minister of Petroleum and Energy. Mrs. Widvey is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway.

EVA VON HIRSCH
(born 1950), Board Member.
Dr. Von Hirsch has been a Board member since 01 October 2007. She has a Ph.D. in social anthropology from Durham University, UK. Her area of expertise lies mainly within the field of organizational culture, cross-cultural leadership, international decision-making and negotiation-strategies, as well as cultural aspects on mergers and acquisitions. She is co-owner and Executive Director of Telecom Management Company (TMP), founded in 2005, a former subsidiary company of Telenor. She is also a member of the Board of Norwegian Refugee Council, SIMI (Scandinavian International Management Institute, Copenhagen), Telecom Management Partner AS and Aker Drilling AS. Dr.von Hirsch is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway. |

WALTER SOGNNES
(born 1961), Board Member
Mr. Sognnes is a Cand. Scient in Geophysics and has 25 years of experience from the oil industry. He was one of the founders of Revus Energy. Revus was established in 2002, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE) in 2005 and after a number of significant discoveries, sold to Wintershall in 2008. Prior to Revus Energy, Sognnes worked for the seismic contractor PGS and several oil companies. He is currently working as an independent advisor. Mr. Sognnes is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Stavanger, Norway. |

JONATHAN LOURIE
(born 1962), Board Member
Mr. Lourie is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cheyne Capital Management (UK) LLP (CCM). Under his leadership, Cheyne Capital has grown to become one of the largest hedge funds in Europe. The firm’s main areas of expertise include corporate credit, real estate and asset-backed strategies, event driven, equity and equity linked strategies, and tailor-made investment programmes. Prior to the inception of Cheyne Capital in June 2000, Mr. Lourie worked from 1985 at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the creation and development of the convertible bond management practice. Mr. Lourie was educated from 1967 to 1979 at the International School of Geneva and from 1979 to 1983 at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude in 1983. |
